This is a flash based Mp3 Player with with multiple albums and playlist support.
I have a problem with this component. I have downloaded version for Joomla 1.5, which I use. Installation went smoothly, but now when I try to change configuration, add categorie or add new entry, after clicking "Save" only red bar with minus appears instead of green with "Success" :? Image upload is only thing that is working. Any help?
We purchased this after trying out the demo. Our experience went like this: We were led to believe the credit branding and URL would be removed when we purchased the full version... it is not removed, and is in the Flash files so we cannot remove them either. My assumption (never assume) was the upgrade path would not delete any work done in the demo. Well we uninstalled the demo and installed the purchased version to get a nice SQL error. Then more errors on the front end related to missing images and paths etc. We looked at our Gallery folder conveniently located in the component folder where it gets completely deleted on upgrades!!! So, unless things change we won't be using it again even though it looks great. Sorry I'm not usually a bad news bearer but this is not tolerable.
I forgot to mention in above post - the only reason I am writing here is there was not found a support page or forum or even the mention of support on their website. I did however find this page where I see others have resorted to getting support here for their products. Enough said..

It is absolutely incorrect that we sent You a BRANDED version, after all You are not the only one that You purchase brand free version , again You can contact us by e-mail or by Support Forum to report "mistake" if any.
At the end send us Your link to Your page and we will see what is going on

here is the proof that shows this gallery in IE7 without any problems. so it must be the version of IE that You are using or maybe some other script that You are using on Your site.

I have I.E. 7 version 7.0.6000.16643 The possibility that i am using some other scripts that prevents your gallery of its correct appearance is zero cause through my ie7 i cannot see your demo gallery in your site either.. So my question is...why there is a problem between IE7 versions... Is that something in your code...??? Will it be fixed!!?? What if some of my visitors of my page..has the same IE7 version..as i do.. I have seen it in some others versions of IE7 and is shown correctly but i want to be sure that this gallery will shown in 2 major browsers in all their sub versions!!! Will you do something about it (and when) or you will not. Thwe question is that simple..so if you don't i will find some other gallery and not buy it from you! Give me just this simple answer!!

No one is saying that You lie, but it is a little difficult (almost impossible) for us to remove error when we cant see it. Do You understand?
We test all of our component and modules on different machines with different browser versions, and we cant see what is the problem with this component (not yet).
Listen you guys,i am a developer my self so...lets try to solve this problem once and for all! As i have already told you..the gallery works perfectly in all firefox versions. It works perfectly in IE6 and in IE7 EXCEPT IN VERSION 7.0.6000.16681

Hi. Last year I downloaded the trial version of wmt-portfolio. I Tried it out and liked it. I Bought the brand free component on the net and never used it. This week I uninstalled the trial version and installed the brand free version but the old version is still showing up on my site. I see that there is a version 2 do I need to purchase it again or do I automatically receive an upgrade.
can you tell how to create catalogues? i have created catalogues and upload the pictures under gallaries on ftp but i doesnt show the gallary at all. i have published the catalogues i created
